Some products are made to order.
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received and the design has been approved (if applicable).
If processing times exceed 5 business days, this will be clearly stated on the home page.

  • Selected international destinations

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us via email or Instagram before placing your order.

Orders are shipped via:

  • or another reliable shipping provider, depending on the destination

The shipping carrier is selected automatically based on destination and service availability.

 

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Germany: approx. 1–4 business days

  • European Union: approx. 3–9 business days

  • International: approx. 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Shipping method

  • Order size and weight

All prices are shown including VAT, where applicable, plus shipping costs.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping costs.

 

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

 

Personalised Items

Please note that personalised or made-to-order items are excluded from returns and refunds, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
